In the last session before
Halloween we made a Jack-o´-lantern to decorate the school.

First, we analyzed and took
the pumpkin to feel its texture, its color…
Primero, observamos y
tocamos la Calabaza para sentir su textura, su color…
Later, the teacher opened
it very carefully with a knife. We didn´t expected what was inside, and we
found it a little disgusting! Someone of you hated the smell... but it wasn´t that bad, boys!! :P
Después, la profe la
abrió con un cuchillo con mucho cuidado. No nos esperábamos lo que habría
dentro, ¡y nos pareció un poco asqueroso! Algunos de vosotros odiabais el olor…
¡pero no era para tanto, chicos! :P
Some volunteers carved the
pumpkin with some help.
Algunos voluntarios vaciaron
la calabaza con un poco de ayuda.
Finally, the teacher
painted the eyes, nose and mouth and cut them out. We lit a candle, and…

Por ultimo, la profe pintó
los ojos, nariz y boca y los cortó. Encendimos una vela, y… ¡aquí tenéis
nuestras Jack-o´-lantern!
